23A- Your Venture's Unfair Advantage

Resources-
Smart salesman, Connections with a medical device company, Expertise in sales contracts, Expertise in online marketing, a team who would be down for a potential site venture such as this, ability to operate a 3d printer, a learning environment, a office(potential store-front), potential for larger scale operations, ability to write basic code for 3d printer, representatives in many different markets.

VRIN
smart salesman- valuable because of the need to know how to deal with larger corporations and hoe sales works, not rare because many salesman have this skill, imitable as many people become salesmen each day, non substitutable to a degree because you can't really substitute sales knowledge with anything else.
Connections with a medical sales company- very valuable as they could make it happen, rare as many people do not know such a company, hard to imitate as they would need to know a company as I do, non-substitutable to a degree because they could do the same thing I am trying to do independently or through consulting doctors themselves.
Expertise in sales contracts- valuable because clearly, not rare as many people know how, no inimitable as many can, and non-substitutable because it is a task that is important and necessary.
Expertise in online marketing- valuable because any product needs this nowadays, not rare as many do it, imitable because many can do it now, can be substituted for other marketing ways but are not as prevalent in today's society.
A willing team- valuable as many people working together are better than one, rare to a degree as many people do not have a current team who would help, imitable as people could find a team to work with them, and substitutable because another person could just do it all themselves.
Ability to operate a 3D printer- valuable for my idea, kind of rare as it is a newer technology, can be imitated by someone who can do the same things. No substitutable as it is a major factor of my idea.
Learning environment- valuable as it its needed nowadays, not rare as many companies are, highly imitable as most companies strive for this, and non-substitutable because it is a trait needed nowadays in a successful company.
Office- valuable as it a plan for operation, not very rare as many companies have them, imitable as companies can copy our setup, substitutable as people can just work form home.
Potential for larger scale operations- valuable because of ability to grow, rare as many offices do not have ability to rent out the entire building instead of their office, inimitable as places cannot just sons easily, substitutable as many companies can expand to people working out of their houses.
Ability to write basic code for 3D printer- valuable as it is needed, not very rare as many can write code, imitable as many could learn to write as I do, non substitutable as it is a necessary measure in my business.
Representatives in different markets- valuable as it broadens the reach, rare as many companies are sold located, imitable as places could expand, no substitutable to a degree and they cannot reach as far as I can but could do so in other ways.

My top resource is my connections with a medical device company who urges innovation. This is more important to my venture because it can actually get the ball rolling on the hardest part which is implementing my device and many people cannot get in touch with a company like mine as easily as I potentially could.
